Hotel St Paul in Paris:
The Hotel St Paul in the 6th is one of our preferred hotels for the excellent customer service but also the quality and charm; not to mention great location in the highly desirable St Germain des Pres area of Paris.
" Hotel Saint-Paul-Rive Gauche***, a residence dating from the end of the XVIIth century, is ideally situated in the 6th arrondissement of Paris in the rue Monsieur le Prince near numerous monuments and museums. This historic thoroughfare is named after the Prince de Condé, cousin of Louis the XIVth.
It is getting on for four centuries that its walls have breathed the very spirit of the Latin Quarter situated as it is between the Sorbonne and the Luxembourg gardens. It is owned by the 4th generation of the same family of hoteliers who strive to maintain the high standards of this bijou dwelling.

Breakfast is served in a striking vaulted cellar in which we find an authentic well. This led, some time ago now, to the hotel being named the “Hotel du Reservoir”. Some claim that Franciscan monks once lodged here.
Sputnik, the house cat, sleeps with one eye, on the reception desk near a small patio backing onto a wall built on the foundations of the ancient Philippe Auguste defensive wall. According us a little touch of nature, it contains two magnificent Anduze vases with flowers and decorative laurel trees.
Entirely renovated, its oak beams, stone walls and “Haute-Epoque” furniture are enhanced by the background of patina finished surfaces. The comfortable sitting room invites you to linger, but “la vie parisienne” calls."
